I am often asked, “Which body type is the best?”  
However, there is no concept of superiority or inferiority in the constitution. They just each have their own pros and cons. 

Through the questionnaire below, you can test what kind of constitution you are. 

 

 

Sleep
  1. Do you usually have a lot of dreams when you sleep? (If you dream about 3-4 times a week, you are on the 'many' side)
