The petitioner, Alexis Rose, Dillard, who is a U.S. citizen, wishes to file Immigrant Petition for Alien Relative (Form I-130) on behalf of her husband, Jun Yong, Jang.  Mr. Jang was lawfully admitted to the U.S. on February 2, 2017. Since Mr.Jang is currently in the U.S., he is applying for an adjustment of her status to a permanent resident.

8.    Form I-485, Application to Adjust Status with two (2) photos and a check in the amount of $1,225 to cover filing fee;

9.    Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization with two (2) photos;

12. Certificate of Basic Information & Certificate of Family Relationship as applicant’s birth certificate;
