It refers to the nickname of the Twitter account suspected of being the account of Kim Hye-kyung, wife of former Seongnam Mayor Lee Jae-myung and related controversy. Netizens nicknamed @08__hkkim 'Kim Hyegyeonggung' after the name of Hyegyeonggung Hong, and this has become so popular that it has come to be called 'Kim Hyegyeonggung' rather than the hard-to-call ID.
There were a lot of criticisms that the fact that Hyegyeonggung Kim is itself a Kim Hye-kyung, and that the media should not use it like that, but in the end, on April 7, 2018, the MBC News Desk also introduced this case as the 'Hyegyeonggung Kim case'.
